Quartering Wheel Cups
- This tool was designed to Align the wheels on Steam engines so that the wheels have an 87 degree offset.
- Can be used in a standard Arbor Press or Vice.
- The tool is machined out of solid aluminum
- Engines listed are what we design around may work on newer version of these engines, but untested.
- Some engines require only 2 cups, a 0 & 87 cup. Others require 4 (2 for the outer wheels, 2 for the center wheels. Wheels will be marked with:

Center – C0 & C87
NON-Quartering Wheel Cups
- This tool was designed to press on the wheels on Diesels engines where the quartering offsetting are not required.
- Can be used in a standard Arbor Press or Vice.
- The tool is machined out of solid aluminum
- 2 cup sets
- Engines listed are what we design around may work on newer version of these engines, but untested.

On some engines the bolt head size is not the 1/4″ as the hole in our cups are design to accept.So they will not work correctly. This will fix in most case. Lionel like to used a lot of different threads over the years.
- Not all screw heads for the side bars are a ¼” head.
- 1 set of Indexing Screws with 3-48 thread & ¼” Round head.
- 1 set of Indexing Screws with 4-40 thread & ¼” Round head.
