Indexing Hole Size

Size of the bolt head. Needs to be a little smaller to fit in indexing hole. In most case the screw that holds the
side bars to the drive wheels can be used.

• Cups Design & Tested to work on American Flyer HO gauge Steam Engines. But may work on others. Check sizing info.
• This tool was designed to Align the wheels on steam engines so that the wheels have 87 degrees offset.
• Can be used in a standard Arbor Press.
• The tool is machined out of solid aluminum
• Cups will work on both wheels with & without post. Cup are thick enough for either.
• Some engines require only 2 cups, a 0 & 87 cup. Others require 4 (2 for the outer wheels, 2 for the center wheels. Wheels will be marked with
  – Outer – 0 & 87
  – Center – C0 & C87
